For my group project, Julie and I decided to go with "Brave New World" by Aldous Huxley. For my part, I contributed to the materials needed for the helocopters, half of the soma bottles and the skittles. I have also done some research that was put into the webpage by wet paint. The reserach included who and where was "Brave New World" banned, and the conservial themes. BOth Julie and I put our own thoughts on why we thought this novel should be banned and what we thought of the book itself. I had a great time puttting together this banned book project. The only thing that i would ahve changed on my part of the presentation was to record the infomration I obtained instead of talking infront of the class. So itwould have gone smoother and grabbed the audiences attention. I found taht this calss is a great way to use the computer in school presentations. But i would totally push the idea of using it more such as my partner did, using youtube to broadcast her infromation in an exciting new way.
