Week 13: Solo Projects
We are working on solo projects. Looks like most of you have chosen your book or author and wrote about it in a blog post. I want to share some more tools with you to help you create lively digital projects that people will enjoy viewing. The first tool is Yodio. http://www.yodio.com/. Your voice is unique and personal just like your stories. Use Yodio to add your stories to your photos or presentations, and share these narrated photos with the world. Pretty cool. Also, check out VoiceThread. Voicethread is a site where you can upload almost any digital media ranging from a photo to a powerpoint presentation and share it online. The neat thing about it is that it allows other viewers/users to make comments in 5 different ways. Comments can be made by using voice (microphone or telephone), text, audio file, or video. Web 2.0 tools allow for collaboration and interaction, and voicethread takes it to the next level by allowing more options to develop your voice. http://voicethread.com.
